Im illiterate to documents over 5 pages.

Will putting aftermarket wheels, tires, 1" spacers, and rear sway bar void my warranty lol?

I cant imagine things like an aftermarket grille and led fogs voidin becuz theyre purely
Cosmetic...but i really dont know mucb about cars and trucks.

I know things like computers...if you even open the case to clean dist on a prebuilt itll void your mdg warranty...

Anything you replace with aftermarket will not be covered by warranty. If something breaks or fails and can be proven it was caused by said aftermarket upgrade, it's not covered. Otherwise you're fully covered. If you do upgrades, know what you're doing and any potential complications because of it. If you don't know, go to a professional installer.

BTW, you don't have rear struts on your truck. You have front coil over shocks and rear shocks.

That cornell piece is a bit dense for me this late but it sounds like warrantys are determined by dealership

A solid axle swap would pribably void warranty for the most part

My understanding is that if you install a mod and it breaks something then the warranty won't fix the repair. Meaning, if you install aftermarket coil-over lift kit, and your radio stops working ... they still fix the radio ... but if your ball joints go out, they might just tell you to ESBAM ... eat shit and bark at the moon. The legality of this and what not is not my speciality. Maybe a lawyer can sort it out for you later, maybe not, but regardless of the right or wrong of it, if you modify a vehicle you better be prepared to fix anything that breaks on your own.

A long time ago I learned that it is fun to modify vehicles, but it's also nice to have a daily driver that you don't have to worry about. Sometimes this is a lesson that is learned in a painful and expensive way.

I don't think I've seen anyone install a rear sway on their Tacoma, but I'm sure there has been someone out there.

I replaced the hard drive and memory in my MacBook Pro Laptop and Apple still replaced the mother board twice under warranty. I got the bad nvidia chipset.

I look at it like this. Modify nothing and its under warrenty. Modify the truck then its up to Toyota if your modifications void warrenty on the cause of failure. If you dont like Toyotas deturmination of failure you can lawyer up and try to settle through arbritation. Your lawyer paid through you, against the builder and their lawyers on retainers. Meanwhile you want to drive your truck your going to have to fix your truck on your dime until you try to win in arbritation. Obvious issues probably wont be a big deal. Electrical failure because you put oversize tires and wheels on usually wouldnt be an issue. But oversize wheel and tires and you have early wheel bearing failure good luck getting that fixed under warrenty unless there is a recall on the bearings.

Replace your HDD to SSD and while you are at it, if you own a 13" 2011 and under Macbook Pro upgrade the SATA cable to a 2012 Macbook Pro one. The 2011's and under are shit.

Someone at the Apple store told me that the parts I put in were not warranted by Apple but everything else was. They actually complied with the Moss-Magnusen Warrant Act.
