Mobtown Offroad Full Bolt On Bed Bars, 2005+ Tacoma

Need more space to haul large objects when going on a trip such as a bike, luggage, rack, or even a RTT. Well here is your solution, a bed bar system that will fit over the tonneau cover and still allow you to roll the cover up for access!

Brackets will be made from 3/16" thick steel, CNC laser cut and powder coated black.

Cross bar is 1-1/2" square 80/20 for endless mount options.

Will include all necessary hardware, gasket and instructions for installation.

These bed bars are rated to 250# load in motion, 500# load at rest.

Will work with soft, roll over cover as well as tri-fold or full lift cover. To use on tri-fold or full lift cover you'll need to slide the 80/20 out one side of the bracket. Simple step, just remove one bolt and it slides out, no need to remove brackets from bed side.

Question about the cross-bar slot. How wide is the slot? I have some roof rack accessories from a previous vehicle I would like to mount on your bars.

They "should" work with any accessory that Thule or any other large manufacture has to offer. The cross sectional groove from what I have researched in the same.

Will your bed bar system work with the KBVoodoo Side Rail Caps (or your side rail cap system you used to offer)?

 

It will. We took this in mind during initial design phase because we know there is much love for @KB Voodoo and personally, I love his side rail caps. The plastic that comes on the truck is laughable.

 

Will this work with the factory cover from Toyota? The one with the pins/latch to secure it?

 

Now that I am unsure of. We have yet to have a local guy with that cover come by for testing. Would you be willing to order a set and try? If they dont work, either resell them or ship then back.
