anyone here an experienced Website/ecom builder? I need a basic site built where there is a general access space to download a file, and if they choose to subscribe, it will give them access to a private space to download other files..

Anyone got any experience in building such a thing? It's gotta be easy to maintain too.. Ideally it would also include a forum board of sorts.

What are some good truck speakers? Not looking for anything expensive. 6.5" speakers. Probably coaxial though for the ride price I would put in a pair of components up front. H/u is kenwood kdc-x598. Will eventually have sundown sa 12 on 1k power or so.

What amp are you going to use and what's your budget? Personally I love focal. Hertz is good and ID makes a great set of mids and highs.

Are you wanting an Sq setup or just a street banger?

Also no coaxial up front. Component only. Having your tweeters mounted in the middle of your mid woofer is a big no. Unless all you want to do is be loud.

I don't know about an amp for the mids/highs. Amp I'm using for the subwoofer is an American bass VFL-4480.

    http://www.americanbassusa.com/Amplifiers/VFL-Hybrid-Amps/VFL-44801D.html

That might be changing but I don't know yet. Both the set ups I had for it made the sub bottom out and I don't really need that much power in all reality.

I'm leaning more toward a SQ set up than street banger. I'm really loving the SQ home theater stuff at work so I have really found a new love for SQ. I would like to be able to rock out occasionally though. No window shattering necessary.

That's what I was thinking. Component up front and coaxial in the rear.

Budget is kind of open. The least expensive the better as I could do it sooner. I would like to try and keep it <$500 for speakers and amp if possible.

If you want to go full SQ I'd highly suggest going with a different sub/amp combo. Sundown is not known for SQ at all, they are bangers.

Also here is the other shitty part about SQ. It costs a hell of a lot more because you have to supply good speakers with good power. Good, CLEAN, power isn't cheap for the most part. Class D is not a good option for mid's/highs when building an SQ setup. I would only run Class A/B for mids/highs when building a SQ setup. Personally the class D amp for my sub in my truck is the first one I've ever used. It supplies power, but not a huge fan of it but I have serious space restrictions in the Tacoma and didn't have much of a choice. I had to get it due to the compact size.

For some good SQ mid's/highs with an amp you'll be pushing the $500 limit really fast. But it is possible to achieve a good clean sound up front on that budget.

You could run something like these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HERTZ-DSK-1...ash=item5d5224e06e:g:tgQAAOSw2XFUbTfH&vxp=mtr

    or even better: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CTX65CS-IMA...hash=item1c1bd69608:m:mSgGgEr8RplR3XeP88jkItw

And then of course there is the mecha of all mids/highs. I've heard one car that had these, it was literally sex to me.

    http://www.crutchfield.com/p_091NO7/Focal-Utopia-Be-No-7.html

and then run a good Class A/B amp to power them. I might be selling the amp out of my truck as I need more power for my mids and highs. I'll let you know if I decide to sell it. It would push the piss out of the ID or Hertz speakers I posted.

Last setup I had was an 800w Crunch amp and two Infinity 10" 1000w speakers in a bandpass box. Didn't sound all that bad, and people thought I had 12"s.

I want a good sounding system. I don't need high end expensive. Those speakers I feel are in a decent price range for what I'm looking to do.

I'm liking the sundown because it gets loud. I kniw loud and SQ don't match up really, but I want it to sound good when I don't wanna be loud. But when it's loud there's a decent amount of bass. The high end subs at work aren't loud enough for me.

What amp do you have? I have an idea for an amp, but unsure.

    Thanks bud!
