That's exactly my theory. It's Retro, so there are all types there. The only ones that really piss me off there are the ones who grunt and grown lifting it and then drop the weight stack.

    Haha, that would be epic.

Nice. My wife is in nursing school and will graduate with a Bachelor of Nursing next summer. She's always telling me stories from her clinical and I can't stand to hear that shit! I can clean deer, fish, etc., but I can't stand to see the insides of humans!

Tell him that leg press machine ins't a real leg press and it's for women. This is a real leg press machine (even though I do calve raises on it, too) Let the haters hate!

Too poor to list anything interesting.
My girlfriend is in nursing school as well and will graduate in the fall. She's working at the hospital as a PCA in the neuro ward. She no longer talks about work because it can get pretty graphic.

My wife has a 12 hour clinical at the hospital once a week and bounces around different areas. The worst I've heard so far was wound care. I heard some fucked up shit that I'll never come back from. She's yet to do ER, but I'm sure that's intense, too. She wants to work at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, but I don't want her to because that'd be like working at a damn animal shelter...she's gonna be depressed all the time. That's why I chose lawyering...it teaches you to be soulless and have no feelings

so the card I was using for my 24 hr fitness account expired this year and I forgot to change to the new card before that

any normal fucking company would send an email or something with a heads up that my fucking card expired and that I need to update it

but what the fuck does 24 do?
spends 2 months harassing my cellphone

30+ calls, at random times, usually when im in class or at work. When I'd leave class to answer, they'd hang up as soon as I picked up. 3 empty voicemails too.

I had to google the fucking number to see that it belonged to 24 hr. collections. Then I had to piece together for myself that my card expired- the only reason I realized what happened is an Amazon purchase with the same card bounced

checked my online 24 account, nothing about a pending charge, just that my account had been canceled
had to walk in to pay/cancel my account

and I will never fucking do business with 24 ever again

I'd basically stopped going there anyways, been using my uni gym more since it's closer.

Only reason I still had my 24 membership was I was grandfathered in pricewise before the gym was upgraded to a super sport. was still only paying $27/month rather than the 55ish that they were charging now

but fuck that, and fuck them.

Did chest yesterday. Was supposed to do tri's afterwards, but I had to go to my nephew's basketball game. Gonna do tri's with legs today. My chest is already sore.

    all 4 sets of 8-15:
    flat dumbbell fly's
    incline bench press
    hammer strength chest press
    cable fly's

Also, my nephew sunk a half court shot at the buzzer yesterday. Although they lost like 42-20, that shot was awesome. I told him we had to work on his celebration...that definitely called for removal of the shirt.

Back when I worked at the gym, we used a company called National Fitness to handle all the monthly card fees and they were the same way. If someone missed a payment b/c of an expiring card or insufficient funds, they wouldn't tell you...your gym card would shut off and the late fees would start piling up. Eventually, they'd start calling the member and harassing them to pay these incredible amounts. It was a nightmare. SInce I've left, they started doing everything in-house and National Fitness is actually being sued by 3-4 gyms for not paying out the memberships. When my old boss cancelled his deal with them, they withheld like $10k from him. Fucking criminals. Wouldn't be surprised if that's who 24 hr uses.

For shit like that, that's why I try to everything with cash and ALWAYS get receipts for everything

National Fitness is a third-party company that handles monthly gym memberships. When someone would sign up, we'd enter their info into their database and, as long as they paid each month, they'd stay active. most members sign up on a month-to-month basis, either with or without a 1 year contract. National Fitness would draft their accounts each month and then send us the money after taking like 5-10% or something like that. The benefit is to keep us from having to manually go in and run each person's card each month. After my boss decided to stop doing business with them because of how they harassed members who missed a payment, they withheld some of the money they drafted for membership fees. Most gyms operate this way (minus the company stealing). If you're gym membership is auto-drafted each month, there's a good chance it's done by a third-party company; that's why the best way to avoid all the bullshit is to just pay in cash
