I wonder if I could do this to my existing ones? It would be nice to have a nice smooth contour, I've never looked into this. Kinda just thought mine were messed up

I don't see why you couldn't do it. Unless for some reason the kink or bubble is now stuck.

I will have to look at the invoice when I get home for you. But aren't the rotors bigger on the runners?

Cool, all I hear is good things about that set.

The trim package, most if not all sports have the larger rotors, and the limiteds as well I believe.

Interesting. The wife's is an SR5 trim with the V8 and has the larger rotors so I thought it was just the motor.

Neither do I. Cold you do a big brake swap while you are at it or do you have 16" wheels?

I have 16's on now, the truck came with the 17" 5 spoke wheels though that would have fit the bigger rotors. Just bought another pair of 16's, so no plans for bigger brakes anytime soon, maybe 17's with 35's down the road.

Yeah I was gonna do the big brake switch too but I like my 16's. The slotted upgraded have been just fine with the weight I carry around.

No. Hope to get the other fenders "modified" tonight after work and then plan to test fit, cut, drill, paint and install this weekend.

The Gear Shop offers 6 piston brakes that is made to fit under a 16" wheel, wheel offset will come into play since the caliper is pretty wide but they are a SCS dealer so they would know if it works for sure. With the CDN so low the conversion works out pretty well for us right now. If you have IG ill send it to you
