What are the truck requirements? My Tundra is stock besides a lift and 33's but I'm tempted to join this weekend.

I know Dave! I'm lurking :spy:

I'll be down south next weekend for some family stuff (probably try to hit up Old Man's or Trestles with the pops as well), but to be honest I really need to get out and do some camping so you might see me there! Camping always clears the mind, even if it's with a bunch of crazy TW folks! :p

Hmm only a 4 hour drive and I'd love to get the kid out for a weekend. What's the bathroom and facilities situation? Trying to decide if the wife would go.

There are bathrooms there, meaning luxurious outhouses. Can't recall any running water for showers, but then again Ive never looked since I've never been there more then 2 nights :notsure: More reasons to get you some OBW!

Haha outhouses are fine with me and the kid. For two days I can deal without running water as well. Trying to convince the wife to let me take the kid. Anyone else bringing their kids?

I work the 4th, but might cruise up the 5th.

I don't have a lift yet (too indecisive) will that be a problem on the trails you plan on wheeling?

This place is super beginner friendly and I've been wheeling there with stock suspension only. You will likely have to drop psi at the gate, but aside from that you can do almost everything there without even getting into 4wd.

Awesome ... Thanks for the info ... I've ridden dirt bikes there a lot, just never wheeled there... Didn't know the usual course and trails you guys take.

Ok my wife is warming up to the idea, so I think I'm in. Would be me and my 5 year old daughter, possibly brother and his 7 year old.

If I do make it, is anyone coming from around Altadena, CA? Just picked up a CO2 tank there and it would be cool if he didn't have to ship it.
