They will be out there same time as us but in ocotillio I guess they aren't camping with us so they will have lots of interference for us

Bryan(@TXpro4X4)his family and myself are heading out in the morning/early afternoon if everything goes according to planned.

I'll probably get out there somewhere between 3-6pm on Friday.

 

I'm assuming the Friday group will set up camp, and let the Saturday group know where camp is located? GPS coordinates?

I believe the plan is to drop gear at camp and go romp around.

Jim, i know of a good spot if needed. A cove to cut down wind. This area is huge. Could fit 50 or more trucks.

Also FYI the only cell reception is at the beginning, 1 bar at the Primitive campground/restrooms.

 

We are heading into Joshua Tree in a minute. Hope to have some wheeling fun

That would be great!Bryan(@TXpro4X4),myself and possibly some other TW members are staying(camping)on the opposite side of the highway from everyone else(dirt bikes,ATV's).This is my first time going so i'm trying to understand the difference in distance of both areas.

 

I wish.. my wife is about to give birth anyday now I don't think itd be agood idea hahha my wife would kill me also if i had no cell reception!
