So we went as a family to bike ride around Wilder Ranch yesterday and came upon two park ranger trucks on the cliffs. They had a stretcher and bag, so I knew it wasn't good. Ended up looking at the beach below and about 1/4 mile away was what looked like a body. Well it was confirmed today that it was a body that had washed up in the rough surf. My daughter was freaking out and luckily she bought the bit about it being a bag of trash.

@Bentrodder do you have a shop? I have a spare set of spindles to gusset and want to do the cam tabs as well.

I don't have a shop, but a fairly well equipped garage. Only thing lacking is a lot of space and organization. Lol

Haha sounds like my kind of place. I'd drop the spindles at a local shop and have em do the cam tabs, but it was roughly 4-5 hours labor charge to drop/prep/reinstall LCA. Any space for me to do the prep work?

If it's something that can be finished in a day and your willing to help, it should be doable.

Awesome thanks! I'll shoot you a pm soon. Not on a super tight time frame but sometime in the next month or two would be sweet

First time I've witnessed such s huge accident. Just before King city we were going northbound and the jeep going southbound 101 lost control drove into the median and rolled 4-5 times coming to a stop directly in front of us. Both the driver and the passenger were unconscious and extremely bloody and slumped over. It was all pretty crazy and in slow mo running up to the car and calling 911.

My friend is a Firefighter/EMT and took charge and started to check for pulses and did his medical thing. We were keeping people back away from the scene because everyone wanted to "help". CHP got there quick and then paged medical choppers because of the damage to the two people. We left after the chopper showed up and took them away. They were awake but extremely out of it. Passengers arm was broken in quite a few places. I've never seen so much blood.

Man that shit is no joke. I've been first/only one on scene at a few different horrible accidents. Something you'll never forget. Mad respect to those that deal with this constantly (police, fire, EMT, etc). I can imagine a lot of PTSD

I've only seen something like that once too. White Jeep Grand Cherokee. Guy was cutting in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed (on Hwy 17 near Camden) when he flipped, rolling a couple of times, before coming to a stop on the roof. It was a couple of minutes before he crawled out of the wreck.
    Don't wanna see that again.
