Sonofabitch...... delivery pushed back again, now 23-25 Feb.

 

Dude that's next week!! At least they are giving you an update. Mine keeps telling it is still at the port and they have no idea when it is coming in.

 

Yeah but it's the third pushback of 3-5 days in the last two weeks. I have to keep adjusting my schedule so I know I'll be available to get it when it arrives.

It was easier when I DIDN'T know.

 

Well then yeah that does suck. I'm going on 2 weeks overdue right now, hopefully I get an update soon.

 

Ordered 12-19-16....nothing til yesterday...told its to be built in march looking at late April early may for delivery....

Sounds like it will be built with mine and mtnfox's same color and package.

 

I told the dealer they can built f-16 jet fighters faster then this.....oh minus JBl and tech....looks like its pretty rare around here seen quicksand sports and a SR hopefully I at least might have the first one maybe here.....lol .....

 

According to the dealer this is the week. Feb 22-27 delivery. Fingers crossed. Ordered 11/23 7566,bbp,tech and premium

 

I was at the dealership this weekend and they had 5 2016 tacos on the lot. Most were SR5 . I told the sales guy due to the limited availability of the type of truck I want I am leaning toward waiting for the 2017 to come out. He then ask me what sort of configuration are you looking for. I told him 4x4 dblcab OR long bed PT with JBL silver color. He tells me let me check with my inventory manager. He comes back and says to me we have one on allotment it is a OR 4x4 dblcab long bed in silver. We just have to contact Toyota and have them add the PT and JBL. He said it should be here by the end of March. All I would need to do is put a 1000.00 down Well now I am thinking because I see a lot of guys on here who have place a order for their truck and it has been four months and no truck. Do you think the salesman is blowing smoke. I don't want to wait on a 2016 for 3 or 4 months and

 

That's interesting. I ordered mine same exact day and was given same exact window for delivery to CT. Hoping it's not pushed back. Good luck to you.

 

What area are you in? I'm in New England and was told a similar estimate. Put a deposit down on 2/15, was told it's about 6 weeks out. TRD 4x4 OR DCSB, MT, PT, BBP.

 

I am one of those long waiters. But the last week or so I've started to see more DC OR LBs show up on dealer websites, and several other forum members who have ordered one seem to have similar build dates (March / early April). It seems like maybe Toyota has stepped up production a little on these models. I would tend to believe they have one allocated.

So I have received an update today. Dealer says mine has an ETA of 3/2-3/6. Hoping it shows up earlier.

 

I wouldn't get your hopes up for an earlier arrival, haha.

 

I just received the call, hopefully the truck that came was exactly as ordered, still need to see it with my own eyes!, going to the dealership after work.

 

I sure home it is exactly as ordered. Mine best be as well!

 

Update delivery window March 2nd to 5th. Ordered December 28. Built February 15th. Getting Close!

 

Picked her up this morning. Happy!
