    Yes.
Driving down Hwy 71 in Austin a few months ago I did talk to a ham just outside Moscow.... Russia.... from my truck. So you're not far off with wanting to talk to Australia.

Sometime soon I'll set up another "Mobile Radio Communications" presentation. I did one in Austin in November and it went pretty well.

For Hidden Falls, y'all down to meet here at 8:00 AM? Its about 45 minutes south of Hidden Falls. Grab breakfast, get to Hidden Falls by 10:00 AM. Spend the day on the 19th.

Also, @ramonortiz55 was interested last time there was a Hidden Falls trip, wondering if he's interested now?

A perfect group for a non-technical Hidden Falls run i'd say is about 8-12 for a meetup style. If we wanted to get into 4s and maybe 5s, should break up into a smaller group. Depends on what y'all want. We can do a entire day with stock 4x4 friendly trails that won't be dull or boring.

I'm definitely rusty when it comes to the off-road game. Stock friendly 4x4 trails that are fun are right up my alley, but I'm down for whatever lol

Hi All - First time poster and new owner of a 2003 Tacoma. I'm in the Austin area and I was hoping someone here might have a recommendation on a shop that I can establish a relationship with. I was super happy with my previous mechanic, but he is specialized to the make of my last vehicle. I'd love to find a small shop in Austin who really knows toyota trucks. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I know these trucks very well, and am always looking to make some extra cash. Only thing I cant do is alignments and mount tires. Don't have that equipment, but maybe soon.

Hey @Texoma, I showed a picture of your front emblem to one of the guys who works the Tacoma line in San Antonio on Sunday, and he about lost his fool mind. Guard your grille!

Welcome! What part of town are you in?
