Hey guys, need opinions if possible. One of my buddies with a 96 xtra cab just lost a lower ball joint going down the road and from the pic he sent it looks like he stuffed the wheel pretty hard into the fender, but it didn't fold under the truck like most do. Long story short he's selling the truck for 700 bucks. I could probly get it cheaper honestly. it's pretty clean overall with a newer engine and trans. Worth buying? I've been considering another truck for the trails and mud, and considering it's already lifted with a CB setup it seems decent to me. And hey, I washed my truck today. Again.

Damn!!! Isn't because the spring hangers are closer together on the 95-97?

I have Dakars for a 89-95 Toyota Pickup because they use the same mounting points as a 95-97 Tacoma. It's just a beefy pack, possibly just a bit more oomph than the AllPro Expos. It has settled since that pic, but I still have a significant rake. Unfortunately I have Taco lean though, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do to combat that.

Kinda figured that was gonna be the general consensus haha. Best part is he's getting it towed to a buddy of mines salvage yard. Small town advantages.

I admit, that does look pretty rakey. I recently installed an OME kit expecting 2.5" of lift and ended up with 4" in the front and 6" in the back!

    RAKE-tacular!

4" and 6"? I haven't taken specific mental notes, but those numbers don't seem typical for OME. Maybe pre-settling, but even that is questionable.

PIC? If it looks like it may correct the issue would you be willing to sell it?

That is beautiful. Not only does it look good, but it makes your signal even more noticeable, which is something I can never complain about.

Oh it's beyond questionable, it's goddamn ridiculous. Yes, it is pre-settle... but still, completely ridiculous. The crazy thing is, the suspension I took off doesn't seem to be sagged out. In fact, I believe that it was installed right before i bought the truck (one year ago!)
