Went to dealer to get the check engine light turned off and they shut off the seat belt chime and made the signal go from 3 to 6. They couldn't turn off that damn door chime though.

 

Ding-ding-ding.



The door chime drive me nuts.

 

Going to have to learn to turn engine off before opening the door.. First world problems

 

What does made the signal go from 3 to 6 mean? Thanks!

 

Number of times the signal light flashes.

 

Sorry I don't understand. The turn signal? It's not just on or off when you use it?

 

If you tap the turn signal it will flash 3 times. The dealer can set it to flash from 3-6 or 7 flashes.

 

Got an All-Pro bed rack mounted up tonight. Fit great. I subbed the included lock washers for ss flat washers and a dab of locktite hoping to avoid the washers eating into the paint too much.

 

I used the same Gorilla locks but all the way around. They work great and looks clean. Only $90 shipped for the set on eBay.

 

Don't know if this is the correct place to post this but can anybody tell what these 2 buckle looking things are for on my bed extender? Thanks in advance

 

Hey TacoTue, Those are hold downs. They lock into the tailgate when its down to keep the bed extender from bouncing when in use. Only did this once myself so far. I believe the black plastic pieces fit into the locks on either side of the tailgate.

I picked up this nice little glock 43 for my summer CCW. I plan on making a couple custom kydex holsters...one will mount under the drivers seat and another mount in the center console

Lock washers are for wood. Look at any Caterpillar equipment for example you will not find a lock washer on them. All lock washers are good for on metal components is loose bolts when they split and spit out.

 

Anyone try a steering column holster on a 3rd gen? Never had one but seems pretty cool.

 

What type of camper top is that? 100XR? - Can you share the details, thats exactly what I am looking for

 

I'm passing on the mud flaps for now. Weathertech quality probably better. I need to get weathertech mats first.
