Please let me know how your center console holster comes out. I'm looking for a smaller "9" and the 43 is near the top of my list.

I went with Morimoto 5500k 35w and Morimoto XB LED fog light:
-Colors do not match perfect, all LED would be a better match...But still love the way it looks, pictures don't do it justice
-The "bounce" is present, replaced grommet with stock...only bounces when going over rough road (Not too bad, but still slightly annoying)
-Fog lights supper easy install (15-20 min)
-HID took awhile, more time to find location for mounting hardware and figuring out where to secure and run wires. Does not come with directions :( guess I could have gone online...FYI, must change (plug) from HID relay to stock headlight connection (correct plug comes with kit)...It fits, but will not stay connected properly "learned the hard way"....(Also tape and secure other headlight stock headlight connection, as its not being used...don't want to get moisture inside and pop a fuse)
-Over all, very happy...well worth the money an my opinion...Looks great from the outside, and even better from the inside...visibility has been much improved, have had for more than a week. No one is flashing me for bright lights...Once I lift the truck, I will be adjusting the headlight level

Hey all, I'm a newbie to the site. I just picked up a '16 DoubleCab TRD Sport 2wd a week and a half ago and just finished reading all 432 pages of this thread, some really great ideas! I have only done a few mods to the new truck and already like the look of it over stock. So far:
    Badge delete
    CCG Black-small perforated grille
    Dipped the ring black
    Dipped hood scoop black
Windows were limo tinted at the dealer for $0
    LED interior lights
    LED reverse lights
    ...more to come

I've been busy over the last week.

    Painted grill,

Changed badges out with black ones,

Added factory cover bought from TW member.

3" Fat Bobs coil over Fox 2.0 rear shocks. 1.5 blocks in rear. I have just under 1" of rake. Got alignment at Toyota this morning. Lined up well except the caster was right on the edge. Factory UCA's no camber issues.
    image.jpg image.jpg

Next mods color match rear bumper pods and rock sliders, I'm still up in the air on which ones. I would like something that fits tight to the truck. Not necessarily a step.

I'm love the ride and the look so far.

I'm just more shocked a dealership would agree to cover the cost of the fronts lol.

$25 ticket for first offense if you remove them...or $200 if you keep them. Not sure what the second offense is....don't ask me how I know. :anonymous:

I have 5% tint on all my cars including my 2016 TRD Off-Road, 2010 370Z, and my 1999 Z28 camaro, Never got a ticket for tint and I've been pulled over many times (for speeding & other shit) and daily drive through LA
Usually cops just don't care unless your being a dick to them, then they'd give you every ticket they possibly can

You are lucky. No front plate, front window tint, rear window tint with no outside passenger mirror, items hanging from rear view mirror, etc. are all easy reasons to take a closer look inside and have a nice chat with the driver. Been there, done that. Front window tint, at least where I'm from is heavily frowned upon by law enforcement. Nothing like walking up to a vehicle with full tint in the middle of the night on a deserted road. Bad position to be in.

VSC PROBLEM SOLVED. I just followed the Toyota procedure that someone sent me and recalibrate do it. 15 minutes and it's good to go. VERY EASY!

The only thing that needs to be updated is on step #4, it refers to using the tester. That is a misprint. Steps 4 & 5 are for using the SST tester. I used a 6 inch piece of copper telephone wire.

I´ve already decided I want those headlights, but I´m undecided if I feel like doubling the price for the fogs too. Any further comments on the fogs specifically? Do you find them noticeable brighter/whiter and worth it vs the stock fogs?
