    I imagine there is more than one similar looking mill that is hard to get too, but I took my Dad to see this one a couple years ago in a more or less stock Tacoma:

    In his memory, this one was locally referred to as "Dead Horse Mill" and at more or less the end of a trail at least as far as we ventured.

    The trail was definitely not for the faint of heart, or under equiped. I guess it depends on the time of year, but I can't imagine an Audi Off-Road making it here. We went in May of 2007. Sorry, no pics of the Tacoma

    Yep, it's an incredibly picture perfect scene. Sadly the aspens have been groomed back quite a bit from when you took your photos - it looks like they grew up all the way to the back of the building. I'm assuming they were diseased and purposely cleared..

    I will definitely return and would even like to make it an annual trip in the fall.
