    o my GAWD thats nice...i had a mk2 back in england....in good ole british racing green...it was beat up but i loved it...i have decided i want one but they are expensive over here...you could get a clean but old one in england for like 3 grand...the shitty ones are like 5 grand over here!!

    for anything that is newer than 25 years old..yes...but if its older than 25 year its super easy!!!


    but expensive...and finding parts is a bitch...i did it with a 1976 vw golf (they were proper golfs in the uk back then...not "rabbits") that i bought for like 100 bucks...it cost me 2000 just to get it here...luckily i live near H-Town which is one of the biggest ports in the us...otherwise it woulda been closer to 3 grand...

    but i will import a land rover one of these days...probably a 67...luckily my dad and grandad live over there still cause my grandad was a mech. for 40 years and they can go look at potential cars for me before i buy :D

    now i just need the money for one :(
