    Bump. Sub'd.

I've seen American rack covers that was a retractable cover with a low rack mount for $1600. Thats too much $$ for me. You could get a topper for that price.

I bought the Truxedo Lo Pro QT and couldn't be happier with it. Mounts easy to the existing bed rails and rolls right back and out of the way. You can also remove the cover by sliding the 2 clips under each rear corner,I can roll it up and take mine off in under 1 minute it's that easy. You can see from the pic below through my bed extender it rolled up and the low profile pic from the back. I bought mine from AutoAnything with the link below they're having a 20% off sale so OTD is $391.20 delivered.

Cover with rack system plz. I don't need a bed extender. Securely haul stuff under tonneau cover with kayaks on top

Desert Dawg. Based upon your post, I ordered the same tonneau cover today. It's nice to have someone give positive feedback.

Tell me about your bed extender (brand) and if you had to do anything for it to work with the cover.

I bought the OEM Toyota bed extender and it fits perfect with the cover,no clearance issues at all. I got mine on Ebay from the link below. Made him an offer of $200.00 and he accepted and it looks like he still has a few more.

Can you still use the bed rails with the Truxedo Lo Pro QT? A truck accessory place told me that it is a very snug with the bed rails and I would not be able to use them.

You can still use the bed rails with the Lo Pro QT but the brackets for the cover do mount to the rails so you have to position the cleats between the bracket which will limit you. BTW there are 3 brackets per side.

Bakflip is in the process of designing a hard folding cover with rails. They said their about 45 days out. See below for a link to the one for the gen 2 to get an idea of design and pricing. It's a little on the expensive side but you can lock your gear and still use the rack. The F1 improved my highway mileage by 1-2 mpg on my gen3 long bed but it's not exactly water tight.
