    Those OME trim packers won't work with other brand shocks and they don't mount on the top hat like the other spacer I posted a link to. They sit on the shock body itself, and only work with OME shocks.

    I knew what I was talking about, and my info is correct.

    I had Bilstein's, and I have OMEs, and I had spacers for both, and the OME trim packer doesn't work with 5100s.

    Ask any vendor.

    Because in 2012 only the TRD Sport had 4 leaf packs. The others had 3 leaf packs.

    It's the thick leaf on the bottom. You'll see it. It's twice as thick as the other leafs.

    Have headstrong off road put the shocks and springs together and they will take care of the taco lean with the spacer!!!

    You mention needing UCAs, I have been considering options to lift my truck as well and have found Toytec sells some coils that lift the truck 1.6". Do you think the UCAs would still be needed for this? Really not sure what to do with the rear if I went this route.......Im confused.

    The 1.6" lift from Toytec is a great kit. I have it on my truck. You DO NOT need UCAs with this kit. You will need to mount an AAL in the back to keep your rake (front of truck slightly lower than back). You could do a 1" block in the back and save a few bucks but the AAL is still cheap and a much better option. It will give you a slightly better ride - IMO. Either way you need to lift the back or you'll have a negative rake and that just looks dumb.

    You should be fine.

    Anything over 1.75-2" I'd recommend UCAs personally.

    Others will agree or disagree, but I could have benefitted from them on my own truck at 1.75.

    Nice to hear from someone who has this particular lift! Have one more question....for today. We pull a popup camper that is fairly heavy,3500lbs, if I put an add a leaf on will I still need the overload? Really liked the thought of the Icon 3 leaf AAL would the overload still be needed because of the tow weight? Looks like 2" lift in rear if overload is left in place and 1.5" if removed. I don't want look like a hot wheels car riding around with the back all jacked up.

    Keep the overload in.

    Without it you decrease the load capability by 30% or something like that (I don't remember offhand).

    Also, save yourself the money and get the Wheeler's Offroad 3 leaf AAL - it's literally identical to the Icon/ToyTec/etc,. 3 leaf AAL, they're all made by the same spring manufacturer to the same specs and then get re-branded with whoever's sticker.

    They're identical in every way except price.

    Thanks had no idea, I have a shell and don't intend to ever take it off so hopefully that would take a 1/2" out and keep a factory looking rake.
