    Nah, stock is not that tall boss. Are you referring to the flat bottom edge of the sides of the frame say under the doors ? My second gen, +2 kit, pretty darn level cv's with 35's = frame is only 18 1/4" off the floor.

    Honestly I couldn't find where I saw the number. Maybe 16" is closer to stock? I don't have a second gen to compare notes with.
