    The goal is to have the flips done friday night and save the relocate and all of the measurements for Sat.

    I got a long list for my truck this weekend, so I'm contemplating Fri night. Sat and Sun I'm gonna try to get all my lights back on (7 bars!) and run all new wires up to the overhead, plus install the mobtown hidden recovery hitch. I'm gonna wait on the UCA's for another weekend. don't want to do that on my own.

    It took us about 6 or 7 to do the entire thing. I could do it faster now that I know how to attack it. I blew ALOT of time on the first 2. I did the last 6 rivets in the time it took to do the first 2!

    Got in there with a small wheel grinder and just grinded both sides to the plate where possible. A couple could only be partially ground (Fender well side inside frame). At that point, heavy duty corded drill, starting SMALL (1/4ish) and stepped up from there. If they didn't pop by the 4th bit (close to hole side) prying the oem shackle mount with my prybar or hitting it with the chisel would cause the remaining moon shaped disc to pop out.

    So the plasma is great tool for the shackle flip and relocate. We cut the ends off the rivets and I used the flap disc to grind and clean down to the frame. The final touch was the air hammer to pop the rest of the rivet out.
