Good luck with this request.... I'm sure as hell not going to be swapping bulbs around and taking pictures at night to satisfy your curiosity!

I'm guessing these don't have the bouncing problem some LEDs are having.

The bouncing issues are coming from the HIDs not the LEDs

First product in line at the bottom of this page. $32 instead of $99. Can be used as a fog light in this instance, or a DRL (daytime running lamp) on other applications.

    Clear enough?

Thanks. I get that a lot.

Why exactly is my attitude in question? Because I made a post to this thread with an honest opinion about my selection of products and how I feel I made a mistake or because you thought you made a funny and turned out to look silly?

Cute emoji. Have a nice day

They are all installed in the first picture. If you are contemplating the swap to LED's, go for it... They look great! Just don't be a cheap ass like me and opt for the cheaper bulbs for the fog location. Some on here had done it and stated that they were plenty bright enough.... Not the case IMHO. Get the $99 sets for both, you'll be much happier the first time!

Im debating between the hid and led kit itself. We have a store called ddm tuning local and they offer lifetime warrenty. Their kit from 05 still works like a champ on my old car. And i barely swapped the kit on our 4runner out since then. For 30 bucks i cant complain. They also have kits for 60/80 with better ballast/bulbs now, But now doing some research i see the company morimoto and they have an led kit for 100

If you're contemplating HID's as well, I will go ahead and say that they are way brighter. We own a 2016 Forrester and a 2015 Mustang GT Premium that both have HID's and the difference is very noticeable to me. Neither of ours have the shake that some on here describe, but they are factory lights. Hope this was some help.

I liked HID's on my Solara until one died and it cost $350 to replace bulb and ballast. 3 year linespan for HID is common and that's what I experienced. Every 3 years they would start flickering until one died. Although they're cheaper now, there's also a heat issue with HID's that LED's don't have.

DDM tuning have great products. your lucky you have them close to you. I was going to put DDM product in but was worried about the heat.

I got them up and running but I started to smell smokeish. Took them out and found out the bulb was burning, at least I think it was the bulb. It had some black stuff on it. I went with the LED because I'd rather spend the extra money than worry about heat issues and have to buy a whole new headlight. These LEDs works great so far.

I'd say they came out very well. Both opt7 lows and fogs. $200 with a 2 year warranty. You can't go wrong

Yeah, but in DDM defense they were older and from another car. So it could of been a handful of issues from other things.

Hey Devdomski.... I think you misplaced this post. I got this email clearly showing that you posted it, but then when i came back to view the thread... it was just gone! Weird huh? Anyway, figured you might want it back up here in case you "accidentally" deleted it.
