Well I wanted a locker but one that was more mild mannered, I went with the Powertrax No-slip locker, and it's hardly predictable. Was very noisy during the break in period of 100 miles, quieter now but very unpredictable at low speeds like in parking lots, I'm sure it has a lot to do with the manual transmission but I'm good with it for now, maybe change in the future.

Nothing special but a couple of quick pictures from today. Needed that chainsaw we brought on that Danville trip to get by the beaver blockade.

Thanks @Aussiek2000 for the mud hole road, most of this is within a few miles of that road that you posted. Please do share anything else you happen upon!

4th pic down is a road I wanted to try, but didn't know where it ended up

4th pic down is just a trail leading up into the woods, not an actual road. There was a road that is actually on the gps that looks fairly harmless at first but after a couple of decent mud holes it was tree branches on my truck the whole way and a few rough spots, the last picture is as far as I got on it and had to turn around because of the beaver tree. 5th picture down is on that road, doesn't look like it would be on the gps but sure enough it is there!

We all need to get together and explore the trails. I can't do anything for 2-3 weeks though. Plan to hit SOR next month

Yeah it's fun but there were a few spots today I had a little trouble turning around just me, I would hate to imagine having 10 trucks lined up. A lot of what I did today I would not recommend to anyone who is worried about scratches in paint because I have a lot of new ones now.
Oh and I saw the same old toyota truck roaming around that area, he went a different direction as I came out of the beaver road. I figured he didn't want to say hello and I was on my way out after that anyway to avoid the bigger part of the rain storm.

That place looks awesome. I been slacking on putting the lift on. I haven't had time since I've been working in Kentucky. Luckily I don't have to go back until spring. That being said... Roman you wanna help me slap that lift on?? My buddy bailed on me. I don't want to do it by myself because I just don't trust myself enough.

Depends when you want to do it! I can come down, you can come up. Doesn't matter!

With that being said, anyone fancy another wrench fest?

Your own shop or work shop?

I'd be willing to host at my crib.

My place of business. I'm allowed to use all our tools and warm shop space whenever I want. Idk about having a bunch of guys there but 1 or 2 would be no big deal.

Before I get too far ahead of myself like I usually do. Do I need to buy longer shocks for this lift? Stupid question but I've never installed one of these lifts before. I'm a rookie at some of this stuff

What kind of lift did you get?

The OME suspension lift kit I bought came with rear shocks, rear leaf springs, extended rear brake line, front struts, a few other small bits, Pretty much only thing they didn't include that I ended up needing was rear leaf spring shackles and front strut top mounts.

Technically yes. Unless the leafs limit the droop first. Otherwise you'll bottom them out. If high speed enough you can bust one.
