BFG a/t are very proven tires, the originals have been around since before I was born, they are a great DD offroad tire.

"Derping" is the highly sought after professional method of turning chrome (or other colors) on your truck flat black with plasti dip. It's good for wheels, grills, interior, or even the whole goddamn truck!

1st and 2nd gen trucks have a slight rake from factory, about 1.5" higher in the back. Most people prefer the leveled stance on their truck. It can also help to fit slightly larger tires without rub.

I can't really help with the overland though... I see them as kinda zombie apocalypse trucks. Go anywhere, prepare for everything, and live out of your taco for for the duration of the trip! Maybe LT, maybe not. But 4wd is a must I feel.
