I also have a regular cab and a 5spd, which may contribute.

 

I don't have 4x, but I get 20-23 with 33s and 4.56

I'm at 180k on the factory clutch, so I must be doing something right.

I know my mileage increases dramatically if I keep it between 60 and 65, but that sucks.
