Haha If I could wake-up early enough every morning consistently I would do morning workouts. I don't like going right after work cause it's too crowded, plus I like chillin for a few hours at home before working out. And as far as pre-workout... I don't go to bed until around 2 to 3 am every night lol.

Haha yep. I used to play in a indoor soccer league and we had games starting at 10:30. I would take an electrolyte supp that had caffeine (GU) before a game and wouldn't get to sleep until at least 2. Totally wasn't worth it.

I try to be asleep by 12 so I can get 7 hours in. I'm going on week 3 of working out around 8:30am and I don't hate it. I hate 7:02am (when my alarm goes off) until I can get to my bowl of fruit loops. I can't be held responsible for my actions between that time.

Bye bye any gainz made recently. Went to the doc today after sleeping 18 hours yesterday... Type A flu, can't do anything until Monday. All I've been able to eat since yesterday morning was 2 pieces of toast and a bowl of soup today. Fuuuuuck

I actually prefer working out in the mornings. I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. I go as soon as I wake up on the weekends and I love it.

My brother from another mother haha..I am up way too late especially this time of yr when my other job is at peak time. Plus if I have to go play a match I'm clearly not gonna lift first.

2am is my usual bedtime not always by choice.

I feel the same way. I just can't make myself Wake up at 5:30 to go every morning. I keep my alarm set...but I usually stay up too late to wake up and go. I can never get to sleep before 1 or 2 am. Lights and tv off and I'll just lay there awake. So I keep the tv on most of the time and end up falling asleep watching Sportscenter or something.

Damn! Now, that's more my speed. I'm gonna try that!

    x2

I got at 5, right after work and it's never too bad at my gym. It is the most crowded time of the day, but only the men folk hangout in the freeweight section, so it's never too crazy...especially now that the resolutioners have fallen off the wagon lol

ugh that sucks. I had salmonella a year or so ago and had to eat the BRAT diet for 8 days: bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. I lost like 10 lbs.

x2. I can't get up early enough in the mornings to go before work/school, but I go around 9am on the weekends and it just sets the day

As far as sleep goes, I fall asleep between 11:30-midnight every night and wake up at 6:30-7 every morning. In high school and college, I could easily stay up all night, but I can't and wouldn't want to now. If I don't get at least 7 hrs, I'm a zombie.

My Spotify gym stations (I was scared to open the app in class last night out of fear that'd it'd start blasting Fetty Wap in my Contracts class lol)

    One More Rep - Metal
    Power Workout - Rap/EDM
    Trap Rap - Rap
Hit The Gym Hard - Rap
    Headbanger's Workout - Metal

Power Workout is probably my favorite.

Do you guys prefer Spotify over other radio stations for a reason? I used to be a diehard slacker guy but enjoy Pandora for the simplicity. I am going to downgrade my data package on my phone so I might switch to slacker so I can save stations to my phone

I use Amazon Prime music. It's free if you have Amazon Prime. 0 commercials. It's just like Pandora where it has stations based off certain types of music or artist and you can also just pull up an artist and listen to all their albums. You can't save them to your phone but you can listen to them in the app all you want. Did I mention 0 commercials?

Took my pre workout and started farting around with my light bar that just got delivered for a few minutes before I was going to head to the gym. Then I got a big bubble in my stomach and had to hit the can. Now I can feel the beta alanine kicking in as I'm still trying to squeeze this out

    What a waste of gainzzz
