sadly its part of the game, and i would be shocked if he didnt know the 16s were new when he purchased his 15. Its not smart to trade a 1 year old vehicle regardless. But going rate is going rate.

Yea I mean, I keep seeing people trading up 14's and 15's for a 16. Why?? 99% of them "Like the way the 16s look better". That's a great reason to trade a guaranteed vehicle for a new untested model. Gr-8.
