I used to have Pandora, but I tried Spotify and like it much better. Pandora has about 1 million songs in their library where Spotify has 30 mil

Only got in for 45 minutes yesterday but I felt like I used my time well. Looking forward to going back tonight. I need to make this a daily routine.

 

I swore I'd never pay for radio. Then, one day I realized I was buying a song on iTunes and said WTF am I doing? I could pay for Spotify and save all the songs I want for $10 a month.

So, now I have Spotify and I love it. I've basically made my own training playlist out of some of the songs I've saved. It's a good mix of one more rep, Eminem, disturbed, FFDP, NWA, and a bunch of other stations.

Spotify is amazing. It's like I have millions of songs saved on my phone and I can play them whenever I want to. The only drawback is I can't play t swizzle songs.

Pay for music? I haven't done that since I was like 12 lol. I have all my normal music on iTunes: southern rock, classic rock, some newer rock, 90's rock, and real country. I use Spotify when studying (Explosions in the Sky Radio) and at the gym (the only time I listen to rap). Great little app.

I bet it is, too. My only caffeine comes from coffee and my pre, but for some reason, it takes a really strong pre to get me going. I'm gonna try ol Mr. Hyde

 

Everytime try to hit a PR anything I blast Primal Concrete Sledge by Pantera so loud the fucking walls shake. Eight speakers full of anger does amazing things. Gives me chills thinking about it. Want go lift now

 

I use Spotify because I get half off with my student email and its 100% worth it.

 

Speaking of PRs I tried to pr on incline bench last night and I asked for a spotter. I asked him not to help me at all but he put his hands on the bar the whole fuckin time anyway. He said he didn't help but I hate that shit. I did get a pr but I'm not gonna count it cause idk if I did it all myself.

 

Yeah, I hate that, too. I tell my spotter not to touch shit unless I start bleeding out of my eyes or something

 

If y'all know who Derek weida is, I watched one of his videos one day and he was struggling and dude went to help him and he just screamed "don't you fuckin touch that bar" and then finally got it. Pretty funny, but that's how I imagine y'all are. I'm pretty much the same way as well.

 

That makes me so mad. I don't even like it if their hands are between me and the bar clearly not touching. It's a mental thing. I'm not going to die if I lower the bar back on my chest. I tell my spotter don't touch it at all and if I drop it back we can wait a second and work together to get it off me. Just stand there and keep your hands in your pocket and fight the temptation to be a part of this

 

All the soda I drank my whole life..i can still guzzle a Monster drink and be asleep in 10 minutes if I am tired. Plus I'm old and had that bad habit for life
