A lot of shit......this hospital is super dysfunctional, and then when I had a guy have a massive heart attack overnight, needing a vent, going into cariogenic shock, trying super hard to die on me, all the while he only has ONE LUNG!!! Yeah.......it was bad. I couldn't get in touch with a doc for some back up she wasn't answering her phone, and had left the hospital hours prior without telling me. Ended up having to take care of it myself, the cardiologist wasn't any help there wasn't one even in house, was rather non committal.......the guy ended up getting an emergent cath and then transferred on three pressors to another facility so he could get a CABG..

I have told my company that I wanted to stay in Arizona. This company evidently has stuff down at one of the hospitals in Mesa. I may need to go work in ABQ for a few months and then get to PHX. Thats really where I want to be. Kind of upset about leaving, not gonna lie. I like AZ.

That is a rough night. We see that sort of stuff in the small hospital. Payson has 49 beds including the ER. When they start getting fuller than they like (sometimes 5 sometime 40), they start finding "medical" reasons to send them to Phoenix. Gets real frustrating for us to get woken up at 0200 to take someone down that could/should be felt with in any hospital (even an urgent care sometimes). There are a few docs, that try hard.

Well all that Is some bullshit! But luckily abq is only a couple hours the other way. Still similar gun laws as arizona. And they have that blue meth and supposedly good chicken

 

Well at least he's looking for one that's old enough to be worth it. Any jeep past '06 is junk IMO.

 

Anybody be interested in procomp shocks? I would sell them real cheep used them for less then 2k miles

 

Speaking of insurance, I'm with Amfam (home and cars) and I heard it's wise to shop every few years for better deals. Who in here is happy with their carrier and what company do you use?

 

@Techoma how much did your sliders run you again? I got a buddy who's a fabricator and he told me he'll do mine for less than everyone else charges with the same build quality?

 

Im with state farm for everything. Love them. Im covered on trails and mods are covered aslong as I have pics of them on my truck (im guessing for theft reasons)

 

USAA and I am part of the 92% that will stay with them for life.

USAA, ever since State Farm cancelled us for being in the path of Hurricane Hugo! Seems having a claim against them after 10 years of no claims was a bad thing at the time. USAA Has been FANTASTIC. We shop every 2 - 3 years and haven't budged. My daughter was a level 2 claims adjuster for Gieco for 6 years (the ugly stuff) and said USAA is the worst as far as other insurance companies are concerned. She is also insured by USAA and will not change!

Maybe. I have had them for about 3 years now. Drove my truck off a cliff and It was fully covered. My sister in law is my agent tho and knows what i do so maybe she made sure i had that kind of coverage.

 

So decided to take a personal day tomorrow and will be starting on the truck at 9am.

 

Been with USAA for 4 years now for both renters and auto. Love them. They were great when dealing with my tree smashed truck and replacing my camping equipment. They didn't even ask for pics on my camping stuff.

 

Yeah both rear and front I had them on with a two inch lift in the back and a three inch lift in the front

 

Is there a specific type of coverage that you have that has mods and all that stuff covered? I have state farm but def not that.
