I always tell mine not to touch it until it starts coming back down. If it's moving upward or not moving at all, I'll get it.

Mr. Hyde is a great pre. I used a tub of it and stopped after it because it worked so well i would become dependent haha. I prefer Dr. Jekyll over hyde.

Decided I am going to cut to 185. Not for a beach bod or to be ripped. Gonna try to lower the weight I carry for hunting. Being 200+ and carrying 50ish lbs puts me at a relatively slow but steady pace. Ill try to plan out a diet this weekend but I am dreading the chicken breast overload already . Or the fact I have to eat veggies on the reg again.

during my cut, I lowered the amount of chicken I would normally have to eat and now cottage cheese and liquid egg whites are becoming my best friends.

I can't stand cottage cheese haha and liquid egg whites? Like already separated and sold in a milk carton? Not rich enough for that!

The past two times I've maxed bench my PR came on a rep where I was going up hit a wall and actually started to drop before I double pumped it back up. That's why I tell them to let it come all the way down. You gotta let that fear of death give you that last bit of fuel you need

    Sup party people!
Today I'm here for NON-LIFTING advice. I'm posting this here cuz so far you guys are all cool, smart peeps. And now I'm hoping you guys can also give life advice here and there too!

I just recently got out of a relationship back in late November. However, my instragram still has pics of us on it as does hers. How bad am I fucking up by not having already deleted all those old pictures?
Every time I get follow requests from chicks I used to talk to or mess around with, I feel like I'm messin' up some killer smashin' opportunities.

What are your guys' thoughts on this subject?

Its $6 for 4 (5 egg) servings. I wouldnt really call that expensive. I live in the most expensive state and dont make much money at all.

I didn't bother taking all my old pics off. It's a sucky situation and can be awkward, I guess. Just put a bunch of badass pics on there and bury those old pics on down the feed

The way I saw it, I was in a relationship for 9 years. If I deleted all those pics, I was basically deleting 9 years of my life. Plus I just didn't want to take the time to do it. Everyone knows I'm single now so it hasn't been a big deal for me. If I get in a relationship and the next chick doesn't like me having them all on there, maybe I'll go back and get rid of em. But for now, j don't really care. Hasn't been a cock block for me at all so far.

Nice! Yea I never really bothered with it either. And yea that was part of my plan as well, to just post a bunch of bad ass pics and stuff but I don't really post many things either. I'm more on there for all the IG sloots lol.

But yea bruh, 9 years.. god damn! Hopefully all is well!

Puts me at 1055 total and the only thing I haven't met my goal on is squats. Was supposed to be at 315, 350+ and 400+ by my cut. 315, 335 and 405. I'll take it.

I just buy eggs and remove some of the yolks by hand. I eat 6 eggs every morning, but take 4 yolks out because that's the perfect ratio lol

I'd leave them...it could be a conversation starter. Plus, you don't wanna seem thirsty, brah

It'll be 7 years for us next Month...only been married since September though...I love it

    so far

Nice! You're tied with me on dl now :anonymous: That's sad considering I'm like 40 lbs heavier than you lol

I did legs tonight with the wife.

    squats
    sumo deadlifts
    front squats
    leg curls
    leg extensions
    leg press
    calves

Did 365x2 on back squats at the very end of my workout. I'm gonna go for 385 next week. Also, I ordered the Vans Sk8 High and did my first leg day in them today. It was amazing how much more stability I had with them.

Do what you want. I still have pictures of more than one ex of mine, not b/c of the girl per se but b/c of the memories of vacations and fun times in general. Been married 11 yrs almost and it's never been an issue.
