    Mattgecko. With the LED bed light kits is there anyway to install the front led in a toolbox instead of at the front area of bed ?

    I can make you a separate light strip with a quick disconnect plug that will tie into the bed light kit. This way if you need to remove the tool box it will not make the bed lights unusable. PM me if your interested.

    Hi Matt. This is an awesome idea and I am extremely interested. I like the pin switch for the tailgate and hood. I have seen several questions about tapping into the flood light at the top/rear of the cab but did not see any questions about splicing into the factory LEDs that are already in the bed for the '16s? With your standard switch, I am afraid I would forget to turn the lights off and they will drain the battery overnight. My preference is an automatic function as with the factory bed LEDs.

    Installed LED bed lights and toolbox light. Install was easy and instructions are easy to follow. Thanks Matt. I'll post a better picture tomorrow night
