Diesel Rumor?

Think there could be any truth to this? I didn't do any other investigating after reading/listening.

 

Yeah, the '17 will have a diesel, SFA and heated mirrors. And power seats, can't forget those.

 

Doubt it. Ford has no reason to add a diesel to a 150. Wonder if they are testing a new engine type in a 150 body to be sneaky? Maybe?

I don't think Ford would be ready to try an ecodiesel either. Ram hasn't tried theirs long enough.

If you want a diesel you would buy super duty. So I see no reason why one would want a 150 diesel.

There was a rumor that Ford may add a V8 Ecoboost option. Don't know if they will or not, but that to me would be much better.

 

Ecoboost added to the V8 would be cool. If I ever went the F150 route, I'd still go V8. Call me old fashioned.

 

LoL, I don't think I'd redline any vehicle I own like that.

Before I clicked the link, yes. Saw Ford, remained uninterested and decided to poke fun at the non heated and powered accessory laden taco.

I may have left the "F150" part out of the title to see how many I could bait in thinking it was about the Tacoma
