the light's insane! i've never owned an LED flashlight before. definitely miles ahead of my old MagLite. my only gripe is the different modes are a little cumbersome to access.

right now it's just charging on a portable battery pack. juicing it up a bit before i leave work.

About to pull the trigger on some Pelfrey Built sliders. Can't decide if I want the top plates. I like the look without them better and they're less expensive without them. That said, I know there are some advantages to having them. Input requested...

You've got to go with what you like. I went with no top plate on my sliders for a few reasons: I felt they are too high anyway for a real use-all-the-time step, and I actually really like the minimalist tube look. I'm very happy without them.

    Go with what you love.

When I pull the trigger on sliders I'm going to get the top plates so that way it helps with rocks being kicked up into the doors and my dogs paw can't get caught in the slider.

Installed my n fab nerf bars today! Kind of sucks tho, the drivers side step has some scuffs noticeable from a distance but it is too much of a pain to pack back up...

Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

I would just contact the company you bought them from and ask for a partial refund.

Your dealer didn't buy them back? That sucks. Mine gave me about $500 credit. Now, I could have sold them for more, but the market here is small and shipping would be spendy.

I estimate that to be $186.25 per wheel when you factor in shipping.

No unfortunately, but they are mounting/balancing them for $50 and they got me KO2s for $195 each. Not the "greatest deal" ever, but its all going to be done when I pick it up. No hassle and no stops anywhere else.
