No doubt about it (getting the truck, that is). My only remaining dillema is what engine V6 or I4.

I'm getting the access cab either way, and would prefer it to meet two specifications (1) be automatic, and (2) be raised to Prerunner height (even if it's not a Prerunner).

I'm leaning towards the V-6 because (1) I could use a bit extra power from time to time, (2) I can get the automatic access cab and (3) the Prerunner actually comes in automatic (whereas the I4 Prerunner only comes in manual).

What I'm trying to figure out is - if I were to get the I4 access cab, and get the bigger wheels and lift it to Prerunner height, what's the MPG going to be? Everytime I think about this, I get the impression that it's going to lower the MPG. With that logic, I would just get the V-6. More power + less MPG, versus less power + less MPG.

I hope that made sense. Haha.

And finally - (I forgot about this one) - my last, last dillema.

    Color.

It's between silver, black and dark blue.

    What say you?

Get a truck, they are your payments, and get the I-4. Great engine, damn good fuel mileage, and if you keep concerning yourself with what others think of you, there will be no time to be yourself. Drive on
