You don't wanna know. It's all OEM. I had to go through the dealer to get the hood. After everything about $1500.

Yea that's about right. Plus paint and labor if you don't do it yourself. If you get the mirrors and handles, go with eBay.

    Honeycomb composite sleeper platform.
Fabricated a switch plate out of 6061 Aluminium. Ditch lights and light bar are in. The rear and side lights remain pending with rear rack build.

Switches are out of sight, but easily within reach!

So far so good, but it literally just showed up on my doorstep at lunch, so I haven't tested it out on anything besides a run to the store. It is heavy, I don't have a comparison to any other fancy coolers, but it is heavier than a standard coleman for sure. With a case of beer and a case of water it wasn't unmanagable though. I am working on a removable buggy type rig that will make that easier. All this talk of weight also means this thing is built like a tank, I bought this with the intention of it being the last cooler I ever buy.

I also got it for 225, which is only slightly more expensive than yetis 20qt, and a lifetime warranty, opposed to yetis 5yr.

Think I read that they are there to protect some of front suspension components... I removed mine today as well.

What happens to wheel wells after a plate bumper? Is the underhood then more exposed to mud splashes and whatnot?
