I love the line ex on your bumper but the grille I wanted to keep the same. Just get rid of the silver bolts. I'm still not real sure why the rigid grille doesn't come as one piece anyway. Maybe it has to do with the price of manufacturing and the possible extra it would take to do spot welding if they kept it as a two piece.:notsure:

Yea baffles me too. I Didn't have as much trouble installing the gille as you had but it was still a PITA to get everything perfect. Honestly Rigid could have done a better job on this as a whole.

Absolutely. Mine had zero bends in it. It was just a flat piece of metal that I had to make fit. I talked to a rigid rep about it and they said it must have been flattened in the shipping process....yeah right. Not perfectly flat. Lol. For the price these damn things need to be ready to bolt right on the truck.

Bumper is supposed to be here tomorrow! I've had no updates from fedex other than in transit from Cali, so I'm hoping the scheduled delivery date is accurate.

Just picked up the bumper and it's now at powder coating!

FedEx really did a number on the box and almost gave me a heart attack at first. Once I opened it the bumper was safe thanks to the awesome packaging! The box was also damaged on the best side it could of been. No contact with the bumper.

This shit just escalated quickly less than one day at powder coat. Now I've got to figure out how the hell I'm going to do this by myself. I see some rigging in my near future. Winch arrives today so maybe if it gets here soon enough I can start.

Thanks man. I've still got to wire in the 2nd LED bar but it's all good! How's did you you attach the trim pieces under your head lights? When I had to cut the brace for the fogs those clips got removed. I'm thinking double sided tape?

All wired up! I think im going to use industrial Velcro to hold the trim pieces in below the headlights.

Velcro was a bust. Got creative with some zip ties and that did the trick!

    Very nice truck!
Finally got a good idea what the trail team wheels look like with spidertrax spacers. Been thinking about getting the spacers. How are they holding up?

Thanks! Great so far, haven't noticed any problems. Dpow is who I saw that had them and loved the look. I did have a little rubbing once I put them on in the front, but a tiny bit of trimming fixed that.

Good to know. I'm still running the stock 265/70-16 tires. Hopefully no rubbing.
