Yup! Cody is a good friend of mine, I dropped tattooing down to 4 days a week and I've been working for Cody on Fridays helping with my truck and other projects. He is a top notch dude!

Good deal, I follow him on Instagram. Some of the most detail specific work I've seen. I recognized those axle tube clamps lol

Yes that is why I only roll with him, it's not quick, but I only want to build this thing once haha.

I'm just excited that I get to be a part of it, if we weren't friends I know I wouldn't be able to. Built not bought can't apply to me as I don't have the skills to build it to the caliber I want. I guess it's #partiallyhelpingbuildandalsobought haha. I've been a part of all the installation of key components, I was pressing in the bearing races for the rear spindles last week, It's important to know how it goes together for me. I don't want to be that idiot with with a high dollar rig who has no idea how to fix it if it breaks haha. I'm a grateful Cody is willing to teach me the process.

I found a 1990 4 runner steering box. What else do I need along with it besides the arm? Its at the junkyard and is complete so the plan was to take everything.

High steer, some sort of a steering shaft to connect the steering wheel to the box (there's a bunch of different ways to do this). Supposedly the stock tacoma steering lines will work, you just have to re-bend them.

Grab the steering shaft from the vehicle that came out of.

Interesting, they seem to kick ass here but we have a little more mud and clay to go with our rocks.

By far the most popular tire here is 43" sticky tsl sx or the red labels

Anyone know if this 1979 Hub is good enough to not cause problems?

Edit, this isn't a sealing surface correct? The seal is internal

Correct, the seals sit on the inside, against the spindle.
