    Should be pretty self explanatory...

More power to run electronics while camping etc.

Everybody knows the second battery is to keep the clock running if the main battery dies. DUH.

Took it in for the 6 month service (with 1040 miles).

The service advisor said they changed the oil, rotated the tires & checked fluid levels. The weird thing is the paperwork they gave me had a line item that said "oil change - $35" and on the very next line it said "oil change not needed". So, I'm not certain they actually did change the oil and the $35 charge was so they'd get reimbursed by Toyota.

Anyone else have this experience at their first service?

    Mostly stuff I built.
I did not see that it was a sealed battery. From the pic it looks like a "maintenance free" lead acid.
I honestly wasn't trying to bag on you for it. I had a coworker who was seriously injured due to a spare battery blowing up in his back floor board while driving down the highway. I was truly just showing concern for your safety.

I'm really starting to like the RAD Industries grill. Did you just contact them to order it? They still don't list it on their site.

Waited 9 hours to tires mounted at local shop only to realize too late stock lugs won't fit.
Wanted to see how much lift I'd need for these 32's but we'll have to wait another day for that now.

Got word we're building some custom 2 piece Rotiform SIX's for it Monday so these will change out soon

Send them an email. grill is 400 shipped. Depending on when they fabricate its about 3 weeks to receive.

Toyota is recalling all 2016s just to add this Extra battery.... Apparently, all the trucks electrical systems are failing trying to power the seatbelt chime. :D

Looks like original point of sale was at dealer acording to tag on box. Quick online search says retail is about 25.00.

Tried making it to the dealer for the 5,000 mile service but didn't make it in time. So I bought a hard tri fold tonneau cover. This thing was easier to install than an air freshener!

Carista uses the bluetooth version. Make sure that's what you order. I ordered the default on that link and it was the wifi version. I caught it in time to cancel and order the right one.

Is that per use, or per vehicle? I would hate to pony up $20 every time I disconnect the battery just to turn off the seat belt chime.

Sweet thanks. I'd rather use a Toyota part than the Stant one. I got one off eBay new for $19.
