Where to find valve body gaskets.

Hi, I have 99 taco that needs a set of valve body gaskets....but I cant find them anywhere but the dealership, and even them they have to special order them...

 

Transmission valve body? Try your local transmission rebuild shops. Or, better yet, get a transgo kit.

Well thats what im installing actually, and the transgo kit doesn't come with gaskets. They also no longer sell that kit from what i could find.

 

I would try local transmission shops . They usually have spare gaskets kicking around . When they buy a rebuild kit , the rebuild kit comes with 2 or 3 different sets of gaskets to accommodate the different valve bodies .
I believe I have some gaskets for you in my shop , but if I shipped today , you wouldn't see them for a month . I live very far away
I may even have a trans go kit for you lol

 

Lol dangit....well hear I go to Toyota to beg for parts...I'll check the local shops but I doubt they'll have them here. In Texas car culture moves so fast you'd be lucky to find 010 Tacoma Valve body gaskets...
