Windows phone. Unless they recently brought out a supported app. I had a third party one but snap chat banned my account for using it.

It's mid 60's and sunny today. After washing the truck I took the dog on a slow 2 mile run. Anyone else's skin start to itch when running? Feels like the beta tingle from pre workout. I think its just from all the excess fat on my body jiggling from winter hibernation.

 

I ran outside today. Yesterday was legs, and I forgot about that until I started running. About 1/4 mile in, I started cramping. Cut my 1 mile short. Did about 3/4 mile. Gotta start somewhere, I guess. Today and tomorrow are my last days to do whatever I want.

 

Ordered a running leash for my pup to run in town. Holding a leash in hand makes it hard for me to focus on my breathing.

That comes in tomorrow ans ill probably do a light 2-3 mile jog. Slow and steady. Been ridding my bike all over and I can already see a huge improvement. Can't wait for good enough weather for trail runs ans weighted treks.

 

Running leash? I agree, holding it in the hand fucks with the arm motion and my brrathing

 

Basically its a belt you wear that has loops to connect a leash. The leash is made out of a elastic material so if the dog is faster it will softly pull you foward and the dog back. The reverse for a slow dog.

 

I just buy the egg white cartons and add a couple real eggs. No waste that way.

 

I just crack the egg open and scramble that shit.

 

Just watched the world crossfit championship and that shit actually looked pretty crazy. Plus there were a few really hot girls competing.

 

The only thing good to come out of crossfit are the competition women. Just too bad none of the women that I see doing crossfit in my area look anything remotely close to that

I would, but the yolk tastes like shit!

 

The yolk is sooooo good. I normally start to fry my eggs, then scramble it. I cook it so the yolk is a little cooked but there is a nice bit of runny yolk for flavor.

 

Yup. My whole life I thought people who exercised in any fashion were out of their tree. Now I know why they do. I've only done 1-2 nights a week the past few weeks and it infuriates me, both bc I miss it and how much I struggle and can't do myy usual routine

 

That's disgusting.

 

The egg whites are gross. I throw them away and eat eat just the yolks.
