I've had these fox 2.0's installed for not too long and I noticed that one side is more compressed than the other. Anybody know why or how this could be?

Dunno. IIRC I've read somewhere that the gas tank side OE shock is longer to compensate for fuel weight (ie compressed positions are equaled) but aftermarket shocks are equal length.

Your leaf packs look like they are shot.

The shocks are not equal length. When i contacted King about their rears, they gave me two different sets of dimensions. I think it has to do with the angle they are mounted. After finding that out, i decided to move my shocks outside the frame, and make them equal length. As long as you have correctly placed bump stops, i wouldn't worry.

Right side is longer due to mounting angle. Fuel tank has nothing to do with it.

    This is correct OP!

Shock mounts are different on our rigs. So when you buy aftermarket shocks that are the same length it will visually seem like there is an issue.

Also like mentioned id look into getti g some longer bumps, in that one pic it looks like under full compression that your fox will be bottomed out...

I highly recommend relocating outside the frame if you can. The shock has a better poin my of influence on the spring that way.

Shocks should be fine there with this setup imo.
