Gage, are you back to school next fall or are you finishing up this semester?

 

I can finish next fall but I think I am going to set my schedule up to extend into spring of 2017. Better chances of me leaving with a job then.

Your crazy. No way I would go wheeling when its a 100*. Way too much stress on the vehicle for one. Also, I hate sweating and running the AC all the time is not the answer.

I lived in the desert for a large portion of my life. You will not see me in moab between may and october.

 

For those not actively following my thread, the engine pull has been pushed back to the 12th. Even if night eagle can't show up, I am likely to just get it done somehow on my own. Everyone is welcome, even if it is just to drink some beer and watch the shit show.

 

I hope there is interal support to tie the two walls together to keep it from bowing out.

i have a cut off wheel and angle grinder........jk saw it was plastic. big pair of metal sheers will do it for cutting tin roofing.

 

This was going to be my suggestion. Would make quick work of it.

Tin snips. You can get them with various blade lengths. Tim has some with 1" tips to 5".

 

If it's like metal you can score it with a knife then bend it and it should break cleanly.

 

Offering some bourbon wouldn't be necessary... but it wouldn't hurt, either.

I would think metal shears would be a PITA with corrugated anything. More so with potentially brittle materials like plastic. Just use the angle grinder with a cutoff wheel. Or a fine tooth rotary blade attachment for a dremel, which is what I use for soft materials like plastic and aluminum.

Like I said, I'll be there if I don't get sent to work in CO that weekend. Headed to MT tomorrow for a long weekend since Im already well over my 40 hours of work and their isn't much going on this week.
