Sounds like a plan. Perhaps if you make is off the waiting list and I get off the waiting to be on the waiting list for the Prinsu rack we will be installing the RTTs on the same racks. Lol You wouldn't be interested in changing me spots on the waiting list? :D

Ahh either way. What rack are you planning to pick up? I am planning on the cab and either the top or bed if Uncle Sam hurries up.

This isn't my truck but Im looking in to the MT Rainier which is the same size as the mt hood folded up.... This is @AKSig88 and he has it on his short bed and this is what it looks like if that helps any. I have the long bed and the tent is same length as the bed of my truck.

The over hang isn't anything really. I've camped with this multiple times end of last summer and there is little no flex in the over hang area. if I was super worried it would be hard to fab up some braces or something. Overall i'm super pleased with my setup. Let me know if you have any more questions!

    Too many to list now.
Loads of pictures of mine, if you want to see any. I would think a Mckinley would be too big for a short bed. 27" of overhang is a lot.

Yeah, I measured my truck and I can burn about 10 inches off the back before it touches the back canopy window. that leaves about a foot and a half to hang over the cab. I don't how much I like that… maybe I should just stick with the Mt. Rainier
