Why did you decide to buy the ARB breather instead of just extending the rear diff breather?

Looks nice. Did you use soapy water to install graphic like you do when installing tailgate insert letters?

I haven't decided if I like this or not. I just might end up pulling the trigger on one of these, how much the dealer charge you for it?

    Can't wait to hear it!

Yes, I started off using a quick detailer to clean the surface of dirt, then used Isopropyl alcohol to strip off the wax. Then used soapy water to spray the surface of the hood as well as the back of the vinyl. Then used a credit card to squeegee out the water from underneath.

The dealership charged me $80 and then after tax it was just under $100. If I did it over I'd buy from a dealership off ebay so I don't have to pay tax. But the quality of the material is fantastic! I has guides to line up with the hood scoop to ensure perfect positioning plus its the high quality 3M material that naturally allows air to pass through so if you do get an air bubble, all you have to do is massage the spot with your finger and it'll come right out. All the imperfections were worked out from sun within 5 hours.

Break it down in dumb terms how to post a video on here from my android phone and Will do... Or if it's possible to email a video id do that as well... Just don't know how... Backwoods hillbilly and all haha!

But i tell you what it sounds amazing... HUGE difference. Pretty aggressive sound for the v6. It sounds like a full grown Truck now.

But if you don't want to hear it in the cab as much the delta flow would be better as this is more aggressive and definitely noticeable in the cab.

But I'm thrilled with it! Looks better.. Sounds better... I didn't do it for performance or fuel efficiency... But it looks like it increased my mpg a little too.. Drove an hour there and an hour back..

On the way there i varied from 20.3 to 21.7 and on the way back it varied from 20.5 to 28.2... No lie. And it stayed at 26 for miles...

I think i drove the same speed and all both trips. Same amount of traffic... I doubt the exhaust made that big a difference really... But it seems to of helped. I'm not complaining.

After breaking in my truck nicely for 2,000 miles I finally got on it today to see how much power it actually had. The engine has plenty! It is however different from my 2015 4.0 in that most of the power is at about 1000 rpm higher than the 4.0L. I romped on it pretty hard through 4th gear and I pretty much spun the rear wheels all through 2nd gear. I was pretty impressed with it. Id say the truck overall is faster than my 2015 but I have the manual transmission. Here's a photo of the rubber I laid down. Lol

Nah i went original 40. I wanted the delta flow but i couldn't get the Same deal. I paid 150 cash out the door installed with welded on black stainless pipe... Normal price at this place for this Same setup is 270 OTD.

I could of ordered the delta flow for about 100 then paid 90 for the pipe I got then had a labor charge as well.... So i went with the original to save a little money...

I'm very happy with it. Haven't heard the delta in person yet either though..

How fast were you going to get that MPG? I have almost 4k miles on mine and have barely seen 19 mpg, I drive on mostly flat roads averaging 65-68 mph.

Averaging 60. Only time i see 18 or less really is off roading, towing a trailer, or when just sitting in the truck not driving lol.

I don't stomp the gas a lot and I'm not racing anywhere but i have been completely happy with the fuel efficiency of this truck. Its a truck after all. Didn't plan on great gas mileage when i bought it.

Dang it man. Yea if he stocked the delta series i could of got closer to the same deal... But only on what he had in stock.

Id still like to hear the delta flow.. But it says online that its the quitest of the 40 series and now that my truck is growling i might not be as happy with a purr... Haha

    -joke.. :D

Got my new wheels on today, level 8 mk6 16x8 0 offset, I put them on the stock tires, just really want to black the truck out, don't care for a lift or meaty tires.
