Until you have tried handicap living..... The van was in the right no doubt. Breaking my leg opened a whole new world to me.

You are 100% correct. Who's the dumb ass parking in the blue stipes? Having a handi living with me on occasion and having to deal with selfish pricks ALL the time is bullshit. Fuck the bike and the POS who owns it.

Both are probably in the wrong. The bike should not be parked there but that does not warrant intentional destruction of property.

I'm guessing they didn't until someone else moved the bike.

I had a buddy that I met At the gym and one day I noticed he had a handicapped sticker. Confused the hell out of me, because the dude was ripped. We got to talking about why he was handicapped and he had been hit by a car and had metal rods in his back, had some crazy scars from the whole thing.

Being a responsible & thinking individual I can't see fault of the handi.

Clearly the fuckstick on the bike is either a fucking selfish prick or is too fucking stupid to enjoy the privilege of a license to operate a motor vehicle. He got what he ask for and should have anticipated it...too bad for him.

IMO, any blaming the guy who seemingly did everything right and being otherwise trapped in his van because somebody else failed to follow the rules is in part a contribution of some of our failing as a society. IMO, it feeds the ambulance chasers.

I don't deny the that whoever parked the bike is completely in the wrong and quite probably got less than what they deserved. That still doesn't make it ok/legal to intentionally do damage to the bike. I don't know the details leading up to the picture but I would guess that the bike parked there after the car was already there and the owner of the car dropped the ramp on the bike from outside the vehicle. If so, the right thing to do would have been to notify management or police for assistance instead of dropping a ramp on the bike.

Is it fair? ...maybe, maybe not... Is the intentional destruction of property justifiable just because someone is an asshole? ...No.

Understand what you're saying & can't really say I wouldn't agree with you if I didn't have to endure these types of selfish fucktards almost everytime I have to help my handi mom. Gotta admit, from my POV, it's a bit of much deserved justice even if maybe not served in a legal method.
