-empty container for old oil
-3 qts 75-90 weight gear oil or 80-90
-pump to pump the oil into the diff

 

Don't forget the little pump deal, makes it a lot easier.

 

yea that too, so annoying to pump though haha. I need to get an electrical one
Also this pump doesn't fit the big jug so I transferred my oil to a big cup lol

 

Looks like that's my next project.

 

You can change your engine oil as well!

 

I gave stadium Toyota a shot this morning. Hopefully they did everything right.

Noo, I'll do that myself. I just don't have the patients to do my oil I'm used to having a lift to get my truck on and last time I did it I dropped the oil filter and covered myself in oil

Just like the time I was helping this guy push his car out of the turning lane at work, and I slipped in the oil and went flat down on it: ruined my shoes, my work shirt, and my shorts and boxers.

Needless to say though on the dealership, they left my extra oil where I asked... Covered in oil. And they covered two of my door handles in oil. So not too pleased.

 

where did you ask them to leave it?

 

I asked them to leave it in my rear floor board. I figured there was enough common sense there to grab a rag and wipe the oil off. Lol

 

that's the dealership for ya lol, at least they used your oil you provided. How much did they charge?

not bad at all except for the lacking common sense part, I would've charged $10 with a side of common sense

 

Well I called yesterday and they told me $7.95. Got there today, $11.95. So I argued my way down. Sounds kind of stupid for a few bucks, but I'm a 21 year old that just started his own business. I have no money.

 

I went to The Lakeland dealership to get my oil changed and they said I needed a brake fluid flush even though I just did it 5k miles ago when I installed my new brake lines. When I told the service writer I just did it he looked at me like I was stupid.
