A bolt would interfere with the electromagnet inside the relay... no relays are held down by bolts. Sometimes there is a couple Tits on the side that snap into locks bit they are contained on the shell which he already removed... that relay is trashed and will just take some convincing to get out...

Coukd be correct there. I believe those white clips also hold it in but not sure. Never successfully pulled that out before

I could be wrong. Just never seen a relay bolted in and I've wrenched for 12 years... I will be the first to admit I'm wrong.
if I see proof though lol

Exactly, I'm hoping that it's just a simple drowning issue for the time being... Don't know how realistic that is:(

I have no clue. All I know is my relay works. It was designed to be bolted down so it might have something protecting it. I'll post a pic of it later
    Agreed

New breaker should solve your problem though. Also if it happens again it tells you there is something wrong with your system

Ask if they have terminal cleaners too. Look like tweezers but have sandpaper tips to scratch away corrosion. I will post a pic of mine in a little bit.
