I have the road bike up and running now. Soooo much easier to get around town than the cheapo fatty. I might get the fat bike in the garage for some paint next weekend.

Can't wait for summer and be able to ride up and down the river with it. I may have also peaked at some of the fancy 2k fat bikes today .

I wish I had a quad to buzz around on. So much fun. I prefer the truck but there are way more quad specific trails.

I wish I did it more. 5 minutes into the ride and I already had arm pump.

Been racking my brain over what to do with the truck. I am thinking about pulling the head this weekend and taking it to the machine shop. This might keep me from having to pull the complete engine out of the truck.

Just going to keep on keeping on with pulling the engine. After watching videos it seems like a real PITA to properly do a head gasket with the engine in the truck. I also don't want to test my luck with the timing. Might as well pay the guy who does it for a living to make sure I won't have any more problems...and if I do, he seems like the guy that would make good by his work.

I will start disassembling the truck a bit more this weekend. I think I will remove the front bumper, head lights, grille and maybe the hood. Clean the garage up real good and start to organize my tools a bit better.

Ours have Electronic Power Steering. Makes burning through a tank of gas much more comfortable! Especially in the wet snow where the tires are getting pushed around a lot.

Yeah, a few but mainly my fault. I put the bearings on wrong and then tried to force it on. This happened because I referenced another members picture who had shown just the bearings on but he had them on wrong. It was an easy fix. The other problem was that the bumper sat lower than I wanted. I want a flush cut with the tail light and the bumper instead sat about 1/2'' below the taillight leaving a huge gap.

    All is well now.

If I had a 4wd one, it would definitely have electric power steering.

I might be able to drop by, my wife has some stuff to do in Cheyenne that weekend. I was thinking about bringing my mtb in and go to Gowdy if the weather was nice, but it would be cool to meet up with some of the locals also. I've pulled plenty of motors, just not on anything this new lol.

Eh, its the 4cylinder. Nothing all that crazy about it and plenty of room to work :). Be cool to have you drop by though.

Thanks man! Can't wait to get her back on some trails.

I am taking a black history class (basically the history of blacks in the west) and the final project is very open and creative. We basically have to document a site. It would be cool to bomb down some back roads to take some pictures for it. Not sure that will happen though
