Measure the front and back, then find the difference.

 

That seems too simple to be true, how in the world did you figure this out?

 

I'm just paraphrasing what I've read on countless post here

He edited his post, it was asking if he raised the front of the truck with 5100's set at 1.75in then what should he do for the rear. @FarmBoyTaco pretty much summed it up, nothing else to see here.
