Yea I should've known better. But the worst is he never said shit about having to buy it or that it wasn't covered under warranty I could understand and would've gotten it somewhere else.

    37s yo

Lol, I find it funny when a company fucks up and expects you to be responsible for it. Thats like them selling you a car for the wrong price and sending you a bill for the correct price...

I wouldn't pay shit, he has a warranty for the tires and they honored it

Where did you order all your switches from? I'm about to go crazy with some switches and didn't know if you or @geekhouse23 knew somewhere to get some for a good price besides eBay or Amazon

They honored it. The "bill" was more a receipt but they should still clarify. Definitely worth the money to go with the warranty. Next tire that gets fucked up will pay for itself

    Garsha91's Chevy 63s experimentation
Alright. So I finally took my leafs apart and I'm wanting to do a thread as I continue with these for bushings and equipment and just general cleaning and thoughts.

First step was to take them apart. Started by taking the hangers off and going to clean those up and sell for a few bucks since I won't need them anyway.

Then I took off the bolts on the u that keeps the top leafs together. I then did the center screw to take them apart completely and clean them

This is how they sit. I'm going to soak them in white vinegar for 24 hours and then scrub any access with tinfoil dipped in the vinegar. I'm using tinfoil since it's not as abrasive as steel wool and I don't want to mess these up. Ordering some por15 for later in the process.
