Had my long bed a week and love it!

 

Saw a MGM TRD OR the other day. Can't wait til mine comes in. MGM is by far they sexiest color.

 

Hey Brother, my wife's family is from SLO! We visit there about 4+ times a year. I'm possibly taking my '16 Taco up there to help father-in-law move around April or so

 

What are your specs?

Just picked her up a few days ago. It has the Premium and Tech package w/JBL, factory tonneau, floor mats, door sills and tow package.

Love the MGM. Traded my 14 MGM Sport in on a 16 MGM OR a few weeks ago. My wife's RAV4 is MGM also. I can't bring myself to even consider a different color

 

I still have a 2013 White Tacoma in the driveway (for sale) and felt that it could get very dirty without even noticing it. Where I live, dirt is a constant. My MGM is definitely dirtier looking faster than the white Taco. Every time I think I should have gotten another white, I look at my MGM and know I made the right decision. I'm OK ridin' dirty. It's a truck, it's supposed to look like it was used.

 

While I was waiting for my truck, I considered a Silver Sky replica that came into the dealer. My salesperson literally talked me out of it saying "MGM is the best color, trust me!" I listened, and I'm so glad I did. My wife drives a VW Eos that is almost the same color. Definitely a safe color choice for any car.

 

The first time the dealer ordered my truck they put in for the wrong color code. They ordered black...I told him good luck selling it, I'll wait for the reorder. I had a black truck once long ago. They look great right after a fresh wax job, but a pain in between. MGM is a safe classy color that will still look good years to come. I think some of the new colors offered will make the vehicles look dated on down the road...like the teal green of the 90s.

 

My wife and I have owned two Nissan Xterras. We had a black and a silver one. The silver color held up well and still looked great after 8 years. The black one (not well maintained) became dull and Looked very bad over time ... Not to mention, always very dirty. When purchasing the '03 Xterra, they had a number of "limited" colors that look ridiculous on the road now. A flat royal blue, dull green, burnt orange and yellow. I feel like that's what the Quicksand color will look like a few years from now.

Pic I took this morning with the steps off. Not much planned other than a flat rack or basket and some tint on the front windows.

 

Joining the MGM club. Just picked it up last night, and I'm absolutely in love. The color is perfect!

 

Does anyone know what the Toyota part number is for a MGM SR grill? I'm not a big chrome guy, looking to dull it down a bit.

If anyone has a MGM SR and would like to trade for a TRD grill, let me know. Thanks
