Waiting on a couple callbacks, but I'm 99% sure out of the 3 or 4, only 1 will actually call me back.

 

I can't tell ya. I've applied for jobs ranging from dealership maintenance technician, advance auto clerk, security guard, vehicular auction inspector, to cop, deputy, human trafficking liaison, hospital security, animal control, and child probation

 

Most of em don't bother to even correspond

 

Supposedly they're hiring but you wouldn't think so given my experience

 

Come to the beaumont area, if you can turn wrenches and have a little common sense you can start working at one of the dozens of plants, refineries, mills etc being built. Not the most glamorous jobs sometimes but I guarantee they pay more than what you're making now b

My neighbor is trying to get me a spot at ineos doing shit like that in the turn around coming up. He said if they like me they may keep me otherwise it's seasonal just for turn around. But it pays good and OT

That's exactly what Brazoria County Sheriff's Office is. I been applying with them since I graduated the academy and they supposed have been hiring for the last 2 years. I got fed up and started emailing their recruiter and he kept coming up with excuses as to why they haven't held testing yet despite claiming to be in need of new hires. He kept pushing back these arbitrary testing dates until he finally retire. The dude was just trying to make it seem like he was working the last year before his retirement when in reality it would seem he had already checked out.

 

I was going to talk to my boss, was just waiting on you to turn in your application. Then you texted me and said you had another job starting...
